Following its acquisition and rebranding from Global Payments, Pavilion Payments, a multichannel payment solutions provider for the gaming industry, has unveiled its new executive management team. This strategic decision has resulted in a 10% workforce increase.

The revamped structure sees an addition of seven new hires in key departments – four in the sales division and three in finance. To further reinforce the organization, each of the compliance, human resources, program management, customer service, and product development departments will gain a new team member.

Pavilion Payments' CEO, Christopher Justice, emphasizes the importance of investing in people as a cornerstone of innovation, asserting that it will pave the way for success for both their customers and the industry as a whole.

The new leadership roster boasts the industry-savvy Tricia Lee, now serving as SVP for Enterprise Accounts, and seasoned veteran Chris Howey, taking the reins as VP of Sales after an 18-year stint in the industry with key roles at Aristocrat and Interblock Gaming. Further strengthening the leadership team is Clark Warren, who steps in as the SVP for the Western US, following a successful tenure at Aristocrat.

This reshuffling comes on the heels of the acquisition of the Global Payments gaming division by Parthenon Capital, which then spawned the separate entity now known as Pavilion Payments.
