During recent gambler-related issues, Dutch gambling authority KSA reacted to the complaints of two online casinos by giving official warnings to them. Gamblers can rest assured that their money will not be misused. The two online casinos ZEbet and Starcasino were officially given warnings for the issues that arose after the players were refused their withdrawal request without any real reason.

One person went to KSA and told of a situation when they basically won some money at ZEbet. However, they weren’t allowed to take them out of the casino. In fact, the person didn’t use any bonus and just placed a bet, but still, this raised really red flags with the regulator.

Basically, gambling websites may limit the withdrawal options to be used only when players use bonuses (such as having to bet a certain amount before cashing out). However, they cannot in any way deny direct withdrawals of your own money. This is strictly against the rules.

Following KSA’s removal of the first stone in ZEbet’s path, the company immediately reacted with the apology, stating that they did not mean to inconvenience the player, and the player’s money was returned. ZEbet also assured that they would work hard on the issue to prevent a similar issue in the future.

The overseeing body opted for the easier sentence only this time, but ZEbet’s mother company ZEturf was probably already a bit shaky following the warning as they are experiencing another of their brands – ZEbetting also being accused by the KSA of illegal gambling in the tennis market.
