The Swedish popular payment app Swish has unveiled a groundbreaking collaboration with fintech company Zimpler to deliver convenient payment solutions to licensed online gaming operators.

Up to now, strict banking regulations have made it difficult for gaming merchants to acquire access to payments services. But this new alliance is set to dismantle those barriers by allowing Zimpler to interface with Swish for the very first time.

Zimpler, the fast digital payment upstart, will be the first PSP to access Sweden’s most used person-to-person payment method. And that could open up a whole new world of opportunities for merchants in the gaming and other regulated sectors that have long been plagued by delays in onboarding.
