The payments company Okto just partnered with the German online gambling website Bet-at-Home. They’re going to allow Bet-at-Home customers to deposit money into their accounts at thousands of online platforms across Germany that already work with Okto.

It seems like a good deal for both sides. Bet-at-Home gets to offer their customers a lot of new places to add money to place bets, which I bet will be popular. And Okto gets their payment system into more hands and expands their presence in Germany.

Okto has already been making moves in Germany since getting approved there last year. They acquired another payments company, launched a cash payment service. So, teaming up with Bet-at-Home is the logical next step.

Okto’s Germany head Mikhail said they’re excited about the deal and can’t wait to “revolutionize” how people pay for online gambling. So, in summary, an interesting business deal in online sports betting and payments.
